Description

We stock the Antic as a two-light wall fitting that pairs vertical fluted glass tubes with a gold metal mounting. Each tube sits either side of a central spherical junction on a circular backplate, and the amber glass diffuses the light softly up and down the wall rather than exposing bare bulbs. It draws 28W in total across the two lamps, giving a warm, medium level of light that works as accent rather than main-room lighting.

We like it for hallways, living room feature walls, and bedrooms, where it adds a decorative glow while still being useful to see by. The symmetrical vertical profile suits flanking a mirror, framing a doorway, or lighting a run of artwork. It carries an IP20 rating, so it is for dry indoor spaces only and is not suitable for bathrooms or outdoors.

The gold finish on the metal has a low-sheen satin look that sits comfortably with warm wood, grey walls, and white trim. The amber fluted glass catches and scatters the light internally, turning the glass itself into the visible source. The backplate mounts to a standard UK wall box with concealed fixings, and it runs on 220-240V mains at 50Hz. It is not dimmable, and bulbs are supplied separately.

No. It is rated IP20, so it is designed for dry indoor spaces only and should not be used in bathrooms or outdoors.
