Description
The Amor Eterno cushion carries a hand-painted heart at its centre, the words & motif taken from Mexican folk art and the Day of the Dead. A flaming sacred heart, scalloped in yellow, orange and grey dots, sits over a burst of red and white rays that radiate to every corner. It is made from 100% polyester in a velvet weave, printed on the front and finished with a piped trim around all four edges. At 45 x 45cm square, it is the standard cushion size that pairs cleanly with the covers and inserts most people already own.
This is a cushion for a room that wants some colour and some character. Set it on a sofa, an armchair or across the head of a bed, where the red-and-white sunburst holds its own against plainer upholstery. It works as a single focal piece on a neutral seat, or grouped with other bold prints if you like a busier, layered look. The deep red of the plain reverse means it still reads well when turned over, so it earns its place either way round.
The velvet pile gives a soft, slightly brushed hand and catches the light, which is what lifts the printed rays off the ground. The piped trim runs a firm line around the edge and helps the cushion keep its square shape in use. As a polyester velvet it is easy to live with and resists creasing far better than a natural pile. No care instructions are given with this cushion, so treat it gently and check with us if you are unsure how to freshen it.

Frequently Asked
What is the cushion made from?
It is 100% polyester in a velvet weave, printed on the front with a plain velvet reverse and a piped trim around all four edges.
How big is the cushion?
It measures 45 by 45cm, the standard square size, so it fits the covers and inserts that most homes already have to hand.
Is the design on both sides?
No. The printed Amor Eterno heart and sunburst are on the front only, and the reverse is a plain deep red velvet.
Does it come with a filling pad?
The record does not confirm whether an insert is included, so please check with us before ordering if you need the pad as well.
Where does the design come from?
The sacred heart and the words Amor Eterno are drawn from Mexican folk art and the Day of the Dead, meaning eternal love.
