Description

These are four green glass dinner plates, each 33cm across and 2.5cm tall, made entirely of glass with a colour-dyed finish. Green swirls run in loose concentric layers from the centre out to the rim, and a deeper band of green traces the outer edge. At 33cm across they are a generous dinner plate size, and the wide flat rim frames whatever sits in the shallow centre well. Look closely and you will find tiny flecks caught in the glass, which give each plate a little texture when the light catches it.

The plates are approved for food, so they belong on the table for everyday meals as much as for guests. Use them for a weeknight supper in the kitchen, a long lunch in the garden or a dinner party in the dining room, where four matching plates lay a table for a small family or two couples.
