Our Yarvelle 19 light glass pendant is a cluster of nineteen clear glass teardrops, each hung on its own thin wire and gathered into one generous bunch of light. Inside every drop a slim chrome stem carries a small G4 lamp at its tip, so the glow seems to float within the glass. The frame is chrome-finished iron and the shades are clear glass, which keeps the fitting light to the eye despite its size: it is 60cm across with a drop of 170cm. The light is a warm 2700K, the soft white of a traditional lamp, with a colour rendering index of 80 or more, so food, fabrics and skin tones look true.

This is a pendant for a room with some height to it. Hung over a dining table, the cluster spreads a wide, warm glow across the whole table and gives the room a clear centre of attention. It sits just as happily in a living room, a double-height hallway or a stairwell, where its 170cm drop has space to read as one sculptural form. It is rated IP20, so it is for dry rooms only.
