Description

Our Tropica Cheetah cushion puts a single striding cheetah at its centre, set against a deep teal ground and framed by palms, curling tendrils and coral-red flowers. It is a printed velvet cushion measuring 45 x 45cm, a standard square that works as readily on a sofa as it does propped against pillows on a bed. The front carries the full tropical scene; the reverse is a plain rust-orange velvet, so the cushion reads two ways depending on which face you turn out.

This is a cushion for a room that can take a bit of colour. The teal and rust pairing sits well with dark timber, brass and warm neutral walls, and the animal print gives it a focal quality that a plain scatter cushion cannot. Use one as a single accent on a neutral sofa, or group it with the plain rust-orange face showing to build a layered arrangement without competing patterns. At 45cm square it slots in alongside larger back cushions rather than replacing them.
