Description

Our Paros pendant is a single light with a small, tapered shade of alabaster, hung from a white round ceiling canopy. The stone carries soft grey veining through its pale body, and when the bulb is on, the whole shade glows gently, giving a warm, quiet light. The pendant is 19cm tall and 10cm across and hangs on a 120cm drop. It takes one E14 bulb, which is not included, so you can choose the brightness and colour of light that suits your room.

The maker states it is for indoor use only. It is rated IP20, so it is for dry rooms only, which covers most of the house. Its small size makes it a good choice beside a bed in place of a bedside lamp, freeing the table top, or over a reading chair in a living room. It also works in a hallway or on a landing, where a compact shade keeps the ceiling uncluttered. Hang two or three in a row and they make a neat line of light over a dining table or along a wall.
