Description

The Naira is a set of two nested coffee tables with round tops finished in grey stone-effect melamine over MDF, supported on matte black powder-coated steel frames. The larger table measures 120cm diameter, the smaller 91cm, and both stand 41cm high. The tables can be used nested together as a layered centrepiece or separated into two independent surfaces across a living room or open-plan space.

Designed for living rooms, family rooms and reception areas that need flexible surface space, the Naira set works as a coffee table arrangement for sofas and sectionals, or split to provide a drinks surface near an armchair and a display surface near a console. The round tops avoid sharp corners in high-traffic areas and the overlapping nested configuration saves floor space when both tables are not in use. The combined weight of 19.4kg gives stability without requiring floor fixings.

The grey stone-effect finish on the MDF tops mimics the tonal variation and texture of natural stone while providing a sealed, wipe-clean surface that resists water rings and everyday wear better than untreated wood or porous stone. The matte black steel frames use a geometric cross-brace construction that keeps the visual mass low while supporting the broad tops without flex. Yes. The Naira tables are delivered flat-packed and require assembly. The metal frames attach to the MDF tops using the fixings provided. Assembly instructions are available in the Downloads section above.

Can the tables be used separately?

Yes. The tables are designed to nest together when not in use, but they function independently and can be placed in different areas of a room or in separate rooms entirely.

How is the stone-effect surface cleaned?

The melamine finish is sealed and wipe-clean. Use a damp microfibre cloth with water or a mild household cleaner for everyday marks. Avoid abrasive scourers or harsh chemical cleaners that could dull the finish over time.

What sofa size do these tables suit?

The 120cm diameter of the larger table suits 3-seater and corner sofas. For smaller 2-seater sofas, the smaller 91cm table may be more proportionate when used alone.
