Description

This is a wall light with two lights in one: an alabaster globe and a slim reading light on its own arm. Both are set on a round iron plate in a fine textured black finish, with the globe sitting high on the plate and the reading arm angling out beneath it. When lit, the alabaster glows softly from within and its grey veining shows through, while the reading light shines from the tip of its narrow black tube. The fitting is 25cm tall and 20cm across, and it stands 15cm out from the wall. Both lights are integrated LED, so there is no bulb to buy or change, and the light is a warm white at 2700K and 3000K, with a CRI of 80+.

Beside the bed is its natural place. Fitted either side of a headboard, the globes give a soft background glow for winding down, and the reading lights put light where you hold a book. It works just as well beside an armchair in a living room, in a reading corner, on a landing or in a study, wherever you want a gentle wall light with a task light built in. Because it stands only 15cm out from the wall, it leaves the bedside table free. It is rated IP20, so it is for dry rooms only. The maker states it is for indoor use only.
