Description

The Halvessa is a linear pendant light that holds four alabaster globes in a neat row beneath a slim black iron bar. Each globe sits under a small black cap, and when the integrated LEDs are on, the alabaster glows from within, picking out the soft, cloudy veining so that no two globes look alike. The light is a warm 2700K with a CRI of 80+, so wood, fabric and faces look true and natural under it, and because the LEDs are integrated there is no bulb to buy or change. The fitting is 77cm long with a drop of 180cm.

At 77cm long, it is made for places where one central light would leave the ends in shadow: over a dining table, above a sideboard, or over a long desk. The four globes spread their glow along the whole bar, and because it is dimmable you can take it from full brightness for a family supper down to a low, calm glow late in the evening, as long as it is paired with a compatible dimmer. It is rated IP20, so it is for dry rooms such as dining rooms, living rooms, hallways and bedrooms. The maker states it is for indoor use only.
