Description

This is the Braemar throw, a single generous panel measuring 140 x 180cm with a printed tartan face on one side and a Sherpa fleece reverse on the other. It is made entirely from polyester, which is why it sits so light for its size and warms up quickly against you rather than drawing heat away. The plaid runs in soft grey and natural, with a warm putty tone and ivory squares crossing over it, and the two faces do different jobs: the printed side is smooth and flat, the reverse is a deep looped Sherpa pile that traps air and holds warmth.

At 140 x 180cm this is a proper sofa throw rather than a chair-sized one. Laid across a two or three seater it will cover a lap and reach the floor at the front, and it is long enough to pull right up over your shoulders while you read. The muted grey and natural palette is deliberately quiet, so it settles into a room built on neutrals, natural wood and stone tones without fighting anything already there.
