This is our Birdie Stripe cushion in butter yellow, made from 100% cotton slub. The face carries a soft printed stripe in a gentle buttermilk tone, with a scalloped edge running down each stripe that gives the pattern a hand-drawn feel rather than a hard printed line. Around the outside sits a gathered frill trim in the same yellow and white, which lifts the cushion off a flat rectangle and gives it a fuller, softer outline. The cushion measures 45cm square, which is the standard size most sofas and armchairs are built to take.
