Description

The Knightsbridge 1-gang TV outlet provides a single female coaxial connection for standard RF antenna cable, behind an antique brass screwless faceplate. The non-isolated design means the signal passes straight through the outlet without attenuation or splitting, making it suitable for single-TV installations or the final outlet on a daisy-chain run from a distribution amplifier.

Designed for residential and hospitality use, the outlet fits a standard 25mm minimum back box depth and uses a screwless cover plate that clips onto a separate metal sub-frame. This means there are no visible screws or fixings on the wall once installed, giving a cleaner finish than traditional screw-fixed plates. The low-profile design projects just 4.3mm from the wall surface, sitting flush with plaster and wallpaper.

The antique brass finish is applied to 201 stainless steel and delivers a warm, aged metallic appearance that pairs well with traditional, classical and heritage interiors. The faceplate includes a built-in gasket to prevent ingress of dust and paint around the edges during redecorating. The outlet is certified to BS 5733 and carries a 25-year manufacturer guarantee.

A non-isolated TV outlet passes the signal straight through without splitting or attenuating it. This makes it suitable for single-TV installations or as the final outlet on a daisy-chain run from a distribution amplifier. If you need to split the signal to multiple TVs, you will need an isolated outlet or a separate distribution amplifier.

Is the screwless plate removable for redecorating?

Yes. The cover plate clips onto a separate metal sub-frame fixed to the back box. The cover can be removed for painting around the outlet and re-clipped without disconnecting the coaxial cable. The built-in gasket prevents paint ingress around the edges.
