Description

The Vento Maxi is an 80cm ceiling fan light combining a 70W CCT-adjustable LED with a 6-speed DC motor and four retractable smoke-toned blades. The metal housing carries a matte black finish with a bronze accent ring, while the integrated opal acrylic diffuser sits below the motor housing to provide downward ambient light. The four blades deploy when the fan is switched on and retract flush into the housing when switched off, leaving a low-profile disc silhouette approximately 55cm deep from the ceiling.

Designed for rooms of 20-30m² where both cooling circulation and task-free ambient light are needed, the Vento Maxi suits living rooms, master bedrooms and open-plan kitchen-dining spaces with ceiling heights of 2.7m or above. The CCT adjustment allows the LED to be set anywhere between warm 3000K and cool 6500K via the included remote control, making it adaptable to morning task light or evening relaxation without changing bulbs. The DC motor operates at six speeds forward and includes reverse mode for winter ceiling-to-floor heat redistribution.

The 80cm blade span moves air efficiently in medium-to-large rooms without the noise associated with older AC motor fans. The remote control also operates memory and timer functions, allowing preferred light temperature, brightness and fan speed settings to be stored and recalled. At 20.5kg the unit requires secure fixing to a reinforced ceiling joist or a ceiling fan-rated electrical box, and the Class 1 electric rating requires an earth connection during installation.

What does CCT dimmable mean?

CCT stands for Correlated Colour Temperature. The Vento Maxi allows you to adjust the LED colour temperature between warm white (3000K) and cool daylight (6500K) using the remote control, as well as dimming the brightness level. This means one fitting can provide warm ambient light in the evening and cooler task light during the day.

Do the blades retract completely?

Yes. When the fan is switched off, the four smoke-toned blades retract flush into the housing, leaving a low-profile 80cm disc silhouette. When the fan is switched on, the blades deploy outward to their full span for air circulation.

What ceiling height is needed?

The unit hangs 55cm from the ceiling when installed. For safe head clearance and effective air circulation, a minimum ceiling height of 2.7m is recommended. Lower ceilings may create a cramped feeling or reduce airflow efficiency.

What fixing is required for the 20.5kg weight?

The Vento Maxi must be fixed to a reinforced ceiling joist or a ceiling fan-rated electrical box capable of supporting dynamic loads above 20kg. Standard plasterboard ceiling rose fixings are not sufficient. The Class 1 electric rating also requires an earth connection during installation.
