The Velos II is a 140cm sculptural floor lamp built from a single moulded sheet of micro-printed methacrylate, shaped into a fluid double-panel form that resembles draped fabric frozen mid-fall. A rose gold metal edge frames the inner side of each panel, anchoring the structure and adding a warm metallic accent that catches ambient light. An integrated 24W LED runs 3000K colour temperature, casting light through the translucent methacrylate to produce diffused ambient illumination with a soft glow.

Designed for living rooms, hotel lobbies and contemporary interiors where lighting acts as sculpture, the Velos II functions as both a light source and an architectural object when switched off. The 70cm width and 40cm depth give it substantial floor presence without requiring wall support, and the 9kg weight provides stability on rugs and hard floors. Is the Velos II dimmable?

The integrated 24W LED operates on 24V low-voltage mains. Dimmer compatibility depends on the specific dimmer model and whether it supports low-voltage LED loads. Contact us before pairing with a dimmer to confirm compatibility.

What kind of light does it produce?

The 3000K LED provides warm white ambient light that diffuses through the micro-printed methacrylate panels. The light is soft and indirect rather than directional, suitable for ambient room illumination rather than task lighting or reading.

How is the methacrylate cleaned?

Wipe gently with a dry microfibre cloth to remove dust. For fingerprints or smudges, use a barely-damp cloth with distilled water. Avoid household glass cleaners, alcohol-based sprays or abrasive cloths, as these can damage the micro-printed surface finish.

Does it require assembly?
