Description

This is high bay output in a compact round body: a single integrated LED module behind a wide, even spread, finished in black and measuring 30cm across. The colour temperature is 5000K, a crisp natural white that keeps colours honest and shadows shallow. At 200W it is a serious amount of light from a single point, and output is fixed rather than dimmable, so it runs at full brightness whenever it is switched on. There is nothing to lamp: the LED and its driver are built in.

We would put this where the ceiling is high and the floor below needs proper light: workshops, garages, storage buildings, packing areas, agricultural sheds and small industrial units. The spread is broad rather than tight, so it covers open floor well and is less suited to lighting a narrow aisle from a great height. It is sealed against dust and water jets, which brings wash-down areas, unheated stores and covered yards within reach. Anyone still working under tired fluorescent tubes will notice the difference at bench level. We stock it in black only.

The round housing is finished in black and keeps a plain, low profile for something producing this much light. Dust dulls the face over time and quietly costs you output, so isolate the supply, let the fitting cool and wipe the lens with a dry cloth, keeping moisture well away from the electrical side. It carries a three year warranty. We also stock the range in a smaller diameter, in a warmer natural white, and with narrower and broader beam spreads, so a run of them can be matched to bay height and floor layout.
