Description
The Twist is a 150cm LED floor lamp built around a continuous spiral metal form finished in matte black, with an integrated 40W 3000K LED strip concealed behind an opal silicone diffuser that follows the twist contour. The spiral rises from a 22cm circular base, turning through approximately 270 degrees as it climbs, creating a vertical sculpture that emits light along the entire edge of each twist.
Designed for living rooms, reading corners and hallways where ambient light is needed without overhead fittings, the Twist produces 2,600 lumens of warm white light distributed along its height rather than from a single point source. The opal diffuser softens the LED strip into a continuous glow without visible hotspots. The 24V low-voltage system runs on an external driver (included), keeping the lamp body cool to touch during operation.
The matte black finish absorbs light rather than reflecting it, allowing the opal glow to stand out against the metal form. At 2.73kg the lamp is stable on carpets and hard floors without requiring additional weighting. The 22cm base footprint fits into corners and behind furniture where a conventional shade-and-stand floor lamp would need more clearance. The twist design breaks up the vertical line, reducing the visual mass compared to a straight column of the same height.

Assembly Instruction
Frequently Asked
Is the Twist dimmable?
The integrated 40W LED runs on a 24V driver supplied with the lamp. Dimming capability depends on whether the driver supports dimming protocols. Contact us to confirm compatibility before pairing with a wall dimmer or smart home dimmer system.
What rooms suit this lamp?
The Twist works in living rooms, bedrooms, reading corners and hallways where ambient light is needed at floor level. The 150cm height and 2,600-lumen output suit rooms of 12-20m² as supplementary lighting. It is rated IP20 and not suitable for bathrooms or outdoor use.
How is the lamp assembled?
The lamp arrives in sections that slot together and secure via internal fixings. Assembly typically takes 15-20 minutes following the included instruction sheet. The driver unit sits inside the base and connects to UK mains via a standard plug.
Can the LED be replaced?
The LED strip is integrated into the structure and not user-replaceable. The LED is rated for approximately 25,000 hours of operation, which equates to around 10 years at 7 hours per day use.
