Description

The TAVO frame is a mounting bracket for the 12W TAVO downlight, decoded from the article code as the frame component sized to that fitting. It is the surround that holds the lamp unit in place within the ceiling cut-out, locating and supporting the fitting once it is seated. Moulded in white plastic, it measures Ø145 by 38 mm, so the recess and trim line up with the 12W model rather than a different wattage in the range.

This is a passive mounting part, not a lit fitting, so it carries no electrical output of its own and simply provides the housing the downlight clips into. It suits a standard recessed install where the matching unit needs a defined, tidy frame at the ceiling face. We also stock the TAVO downlight modules and their drivers to complete the installation.
