Description

The Prisma is a 14cm square LED flush ceiling light with a grey powder-coated metal canopy and a clear acrylic diffuser panel. The integrated 4W LED sits behind the acrylic and casts 336 lumens of 3000K warm white light downward, with the textured upper surface of the acrylic panel softening the beam and reducing direct glare from below.

Designed for low-ceiling spaces where headroom is restricted, the Prisma projects just 10.5cm from the ceiling once mounted. It suits hallways, corridors, utility rooms, cloakrooms and bedrooms where a compact fitting is needed and where higher-lumen output would be excessive. The grey metal finish pairs with modern and industrial interiors, and the square footprint works in rooms with angular or rectilinear architecture.

The 4W LED is non-replaceable and is rated for approximately 25,000 hours of use at 3000K. The IP20 rating limits the fitting to dry indoor environments — it is not suitable for bathrooms or outdoor use. The metal canopy carries an earth connection (Class 1) and fits standard UK ceiling fixings. At 0.9kg the fitting is light enough to mount on plasterboard ceilings with appropriate fixings.

What size room does 336 lumens suit?

336lm provides gentle ambient light for compact spaces up to approximately 4-5m². This is sufficient for a small hallway, cloakroom, utility room or walk-in wardrobe, but would be too dim as the primary light source in a larger bedroom or living area.
