Description
The Priscila is a 240mm cube pendant light combining textured glass panels with a polished gold canopy and ceiling rose. A single G9 halogen or LED bulb (sold separately) sits inside the cube, casting 550lm through the textured glass surfaces. The glass itself shows a hammered or rippled finish that scatters the light into multiple refracted points rather than a single direct beam.
Designed for positions where a compact geometric pendant is needed — bedside tables, reading corners, kitchen breakfast bars, or clustered in odd-numbered groups above dining tables — the Priscila works as both task and accent lighting. The adjustable cable drop ranges from 450mm minimum to 1500mm maximum, allowing the pendant to be set low over a worktop or higher in a room with tall ceilings. The 240mm cube footprint suits narrower spaces where a larger pendant would overpower the proportions.
The textured glass catches and reflects ambient light during the day, giving the pendant a decorative presence even when switched off. The gold finish on the canopy and ceiling rose adds warm metallic contrast against the cooler glass, pairing well with brass hardware, warm timber joinery and marble or terrazzo surfaces. At 1.46kg the pendant has enough weight to hang straight on the cable without needing additional tensioning, and the Class 1 earthing provides standard UK mains safety for metal-bodied fittings.

Frequently Asked
What bulb does the Priscila take?
The pendant uses a single G9 halogen or LED bulb rated up to 10W and 550lm. G9 bulbs are sold separately. Most users pair this with a G9 LED capsule in warm white (2700K-3000K) for reduced running costs and heat output compared to halogen.
Can multiple Priscila pendants be clustered together?
Yes. The compact 240mm cube size and adjustable drop make the Priscila well-suited to cluster installations. Three or five pendants hung at staggered heights over a dining table or kitchen island create visual rhythm without overcrowding the space.
Is the textured glass easy to clean?
The rippled surface catches dust in the textured grooves more readily than smooth glass. Wipe gently with a dry microfibre cloth when the bulb is cool and the power is switched off. For stubborn marks, a barely-damp cloth with distilled water works, but avoid household glass cleaners which can leave streaks in the textured finish.
What ceiling height does it need?
The minimum drop of 450mm plus the 240mm cube height gives a total pendant length of approximately 690mm. In a room with standard 2.4m ceilings, this leaves around 1.7m clearance beneath the pendant when set to minimum drop, which suits bedside or side table positions. The maximum 1500mm drop suits higher ceilings or positions where the pendant needs to hang lower, such as above a dining table.
