These are AA rechargeable cells from the Panasonic Eneloop family, supplied four to a pack with a minimum capacity of 2000mAh. They use nickel metal hydride chemistry, so each cell runs at 1.2V nominal rather than the 1.5V of a single use alkaline, and the vast majority of AA powered devices are built to cope with that.
