Description

The Nocturne is a 90-degree corner connector for Ideal Lux's Nocturne modular track lighting system, housing an integrated 1W LED running at 3000K colour temperature. The L-shaped body combines an aluminium frame with white plastic outer panels, allowing the connector to bridge two straight track sections at right angles while maintaining continuous light output around the corner.

Designed for residential under-cabinet lighting, retail display cases, shelving systems and office task lighting where track runs need to turn corners, the Nocturne connector measures 50mm along each leg with a 60.5mm projection from the mounting surface. The integrated LED sits inside the corner housing and casts light along both arms of the join, preventing dark spots where two straight tracks meet. The connector is dimmable when paired with a compatible LED dimmer and driver.

The white finish matches the rest of the Nocturne track system, keeping the installation visually consistent across straight sections, corners and end caps. The aluminium inner structure provides rigidity at the corner joint where mechanical stress is highest, while the plastic outer panels reduce overall weight and simplify cable routing through the connector body. Rated IP20 for dry indoor use only.

No. The Nocturne corner connector is designed specifically for the Ideal Lux Nocturne modular track system and will not fit other manufacturers' tracks. Check that your existing track is from the Nocturne range before ordering.

The connector contains an active 1W 3000K LED that illuminates the corner section, preventing dark gaps where two straight track sections meet. This maintains continuous light output around the 90-degree turn.
