The Leicester Bath Mat is made from 100% cotton and carries a classic Morris floral design, woven into the pile so the pattern sits in the texture of the mat rather than printed on top of it. The photograph shows a warm gold ground with a dense scrolling floral running edge to edge, framed by a plain woven border on the two shorter sides. Because the design is worked into the towelling itself, it stays in the cloth wash after wash rather than fading from the surface.
