Description

The Blingo UAIO is a recessed square LED panel that draws up to 38W and delivers a colour selectable output of 3000K warm white, 4000K neutral white or 6500K cool white, with luminous flux running from 3710 to 4040 lm across those tones. Its 90 degree optic is the low-glare feature here, holding a UGR19 rating to keep brightness comfortable directly below the fitting. Across the Atlantic this format is the 2x2 troffer that drops into a standard grid ceiling, the panel sized to a 595 × 595 mm aperture. A Ra 90 colour rendering keeps tones and materials looking natural under the light.

At its mid 4040 lm setting the UAIO covers around 12 to 13 m² at general lighting levels, which suits a small meeting room, a study, a reception desk area or a section of open-plan office where glare control matters. It is built for indoor use only, carrying an IP20 rating, so keep it clear of bathrooms, porches and any damp or exposed location. As a recessed fitting it sits into the ceiling grid or plasterboard void and needs clearance above for the body and driver, making it a good match for suspended grid ceilings and coffered ceiling pockets where a flush finish is wanted.

The housing is steel with a white finish, weighing 1.55 kg and measuring 595 × 595 × 28 mm so it slots neatly into a 600x600 grid module. The panel ships with its driver included and runs on 220 to 240V AC mains, and it is not dimmable. Mounting is recessed into the ceiling, with the low-glare diffuser facing down to soften the spread. Rated for 50,000 hours, it is intended to run for years before replacement. The Blingo range also includes a standard-beam panel and further sizes if a different layout is needed.

Yes. At 595 × 595 × 28 mm it is sized for a standard 600x600 grid module and drops straight into a suspended or coffered ceiling. As a recessed panel it needs clearance in the void above for the body and the included driver.

What does the low-glare optic actually do?

How do I clean the panel?
