Description
Hazy Horizons is a three-panel wall art set, each panel measuring 60cm wide by 120cm high, depicting an abstract coastal landscape printed on heavy-textured jute canvas. The artwork shows a horizon line where muted sky meets shoreline, rendered in soft greys, blues and browns with visible brushstroke texture. Each panel is hand-finished and set in a washed wood frame with a 40mm depth.
Designed to be hung as a triptych across a wall span of approximately 180-200cm, the set suits living rooms, bedrooms and hallway spaces with wall heights of 2.4m or greater. The three panels can be mounted touching edge-to-edge for a continuous image, or spaced 50-100mm apart to create distinct sections. The washed wood frames have a pale, weathered finish that pairs with coastal, Scandi and neutral contemporary interiors.
The jute canvas base gives the print a coarser, more tactile surface than standard cotton canvas, with visible weave and texture that catches light at different angles. The total weight of 7.9kg across three panels means secure wall fixings are needed — two D-rings or sawtooth hangers per panel, with appropriate wall plugs for plasterboard or masonry. The colour palette centers on cool greys and soft blues with warmer brown tones in the foreground, creating a calm, low-contrast composition.

Frequently Asked
How should the three panels be spaced?
The panels can be hung edge-to-edge for a continuous panoramic image, or spaced 50-100mm apart to give each panel definition. Total wall width required is 180cm minimum for touching panels, or up to 200cm if spaced. Ensure the top edges align horizontally for a balanced composition.
What wall fixings are needed?
Each panel weighs approximately 2.6kg. Use two wall fixings per panel — either picture hooks rated for 5kg+ or wall plugs with screws if fixing into plasterboard. The frames include D-rings or sawtooth hangers on the reverse.
Is the artwork printed or painted?
The image is printed onto jute canvas and then hand-finished to add texture and depth. It is not an original painting, but the hand-finishing process means slight variation exists between individual sets.
Can the frames be cleaned?
The washed wood frames can be dusted with a dry soft cloth. The jute canvas surface should not be wiped with water or cleaning products — use a soft brush or dry microfibre cloth to remove dust from the textured surface.
