Description

A single slim bar of light, 1.2m long and slender in section, made to sit inside the Hanok linear system rather than stand alone. The LED and its driver are built in, so there is no lamp to buy and nothing to swap later. Output is fixed at 4000K, a clean cool white that keeps colours reading true, and the optic is tight, pushing light forward in a defined band instead of spilling it sideways. It draws 38W, switches on and off in the usual way, and links end to end where a longer line is wanted.

Cool white at this length suits work more than lounging, and that is where we would put it: over a kitchen island or a long dining table used as a desk, above a workbench, in a home office, a studio or a shop fit. The narrow optic helps here, keeping light on the surface below and off the walls. It belongs indoors on an ordinary domestic supply, in rooms that stay dry and warm. Since there is no dimming, we pair it with a straightforward switch.

The body is finished in black throughout, so it reads as a shadow line against a pale ceiling and vanishes against a dark one. The gear is double insulated and comes with the module, and it carries a three year warranty. Keeping it clean takes little: turn the power off at the switch, let the housing lose its heat, then run a dry microfibre cloth along the length. Nothing wet, no sprays.
