Description

This standard Gx5,3 lampholder accepts a separate Gx5,3 two-pin bulb, which twists into the holder. The bulb is not included, so you can pair it with the low-voltage lamp that suits your fitting. The holder itself produces no light of its own; the chosen bulb provides the output.

It is rated at 5A and carries a rated voltage of 24V AC or 24V DC, making it suited to low-voltage luminaire builds, replacement holders and bespoke fixture assembly. The grey body keeps it discreet within an enclosure or behind a diffuser where the holder is not on view.

Connection is via free cable ends, which let you wire the holder into an existing low-voltage circuit or fixture loom. The Gx5,3 cap takes the matching two-pin bulb directly. This is a passive holder only, so any dimming depends on the bulb and the driver used in the circuit.
