Description

This recessed downlight is a fixed steel housing that drops into a ceiling for a neat, flush finish. It takes a single GU10 twist-lock lamp, which is not included, so you can pick the brightness and tone of the bulb to suit the room. The round trim measures Ø82 mm with a body depth of just 34 mm, keeping the fitting low-profile above the ceiling line. It accepts a lamp rated up to 10W.

The fixed position makes it well suited to even, general lighting across kitchens, hallways, living rooms and bedrooms, where rows of recessed spots give a clean, uncluttered ceiling. It sits in a 60mm cut-out, so check your ceiling void has the clearance for the 34 mm body before installation. Spacing several across a ceiling builds up broad coverage, while a single unit works over a worktop or entrance. Rated IP20, it is for dry indoor locations only and should be kept clear of bathroom zones and any exposed outdoor positions.

The housing is steel with a clean white finish that blends into a painted ceiling. Installation is by recessing the body into the 60mm cut-out, with the GU10 lamp twisting into the holder behind the trim. The white finish wipes clean with a dry or barely damp cloth once the power is off and any lamp has cooled. As a fixed downlight it points straight down and is not tiltable, making it a straightforward choice for regular grid layouts.
