Description

The Gleonara is a twin LED spotlight with two adjustable GX53 heads mounted on a matt black aluminium body, fitted to a 220mm-wide powder-coated metal wall plate. Each head rotates and tilts independently, allowing the two beams to be directed at different targets or combined to illuminate a single area with higher intensity.

Designed for directional accent lighting in kitchens, home offices, art galleries and hallways, the Gleonara suits walls where ceiling lighting cannot reach or where specific objects need highlighting. The two GX53 LED lamps (included) produce 3000K warm white light and are dimmable with compatible GX53-rated dimmers. The 115mm projection from the wall keeps the heads clear of picture frames and shelving when angled downwards.

The matt black aluminium construction resists fingerprints and surface marking better than gloss finishes, while the IP20 rating confines the fitting to dry indoor locations. The 220mm width and 90mm height make the Gleonara compact enough to fit above kitchen worktops, beside bathroom mirrors (outside wet zones), or flanking doorways without dominating the wall. The powder-coated wall plate hides fixings once installed and provides a stable anchor for the twin heads.

Yes. The Gleonara ships with two GX53 LED lamps pre-installed. These are integrated into the product as supplied by Ideal Lux.

Is it dimmable?

The GX53 LED lamps are dimmable, but compatibility depends on the specific dimmer switch model. For reliable dimming performance, use a trailing-edge dimmer rated for LED loads and confirm GX53 compatibility before pairing.

Can both heads be directed at the same target?

Yes. Each head rotates and tilts independently, so both can be angled to illuminate the same artwork, worktop section or display shelf for higher combined intensity, or aimed at separate targets for dual-zone accent lighting.

What's the IP20 rating mean for installation?

IP20 indicates protection against objects larger than 12.5mm but no moisture resistance. The fitting is suitable for dry indoor rooms only — living rooms, bedrooms, hallways, kitchens and home offices. It cannot be installed in bathrooms within zones 0, 1 or 2, or in any outdoor location.
