The three E27 bulb fittings inside the drum sit behind the prism array, so when lit the amber and clear glass elements refract and layer the light into warm tones and soft highlights across the drum's interior diffuser.

Designed for dining tables, kitchen islands and entrance halls with ceiling heights of 2.6m or above, the Gemma's 540mm diameter suits tables seating 4-6 or islands of 1.8-2.4m length. The drop is adjustable between 622mm minimum and 1543mm maximum on installation, allowing the chandelier to be set at the appropriate height above a worktop or table surface depending on ceiling height. The gold frame and warm amber glass pair with both traditional and contemporary interiors where warm metallic accents are already present.

Each rectangular prism is individually mounted within the frame, giving the chandelier a layered, architectural quality rather than a solid shade. The alternating amber and clear glass creates depth and variation in light tone depending on viewing angle. What ceiling height is needed?

The 622mm minimum drop plus the 400mm fitting height means the chandelier needs at least 2.6m ceilings to hang comfortably above a dining table at the recommended 700-800mm clearance. The maximum 1543mm drop accommodates taller ceilings or installations where a longer drop is preferred.

How is the drop adjusted?

The drop is adjusted during installation by shortening or lengthening the suspension cable within the range of 622mm to 1543mm. Once installed, the drop is fixed until the chandelier is taken down and re-fitted.

Is the amber glass uniform across all prisms?
