Description

The ZONA FLAT-B is a flat-profile microwave motion sensor for automatic indoor lighting control. Decoded from its article code, this is the black (FLAT-B) variant, a slim Ø115 by 27 mm plastic unit that detects movement and switches connected lighting on and off without manual operation. It runs on a 220-240V AC mains supply and uses microwave detection rather than infrared, so it responds to motion across a room and can sense through thin partitions. As a control component it does not produce any light of its own; it simply triggers the fittings wired to it.

Rated IP20, it is intended for dry indoor positions such as hallways, landings, stores and utility areas, so keep it out of damp or exposed locations. The compact flat black housing sits neatly on a ceiling or wall and pairs with battens, bulkheads, downlights and panels to add hands-free, occupancy-based switching. We also stock other PIR and daylight sensors to suit different mounting positions and detection patterns.
