The Dalla DTL-B (B) is a square recessed spotlight that sits flush in the ceiling and accepts a single MR16 or PAR16 lamp through its Gx5.3/GU10 holder. It runs up to 10W and is wired for either low-voltage 12V AC/DC or mains 220-240V AC, so the same fitting works with a 12V transformer feed or direct mains depending on the lamp specified. With a square 82 by 82mm aperture, this is the type North American buyers tend to call a recessed can or recessed downlight in spot form, directing light downward from a neat, low-profile frame.

The DTL-B suits indoor rooms where directional accent or task light is wanted from the ceiling line: kitchens, living rooms, hallways and home offices all take well to a grid or run of these square fittings.
