Description
The Centrifugo is a 100x100cm square-format photographic print on tempered glass, displaying a radial monochrome burst pattern radiating from a central vanishing point. The image is printed directly onto 4mm tempered glass, giving the artwork a hard, reflective surface with depth and clarity that cannot be replicated on paper or canvas. The included metal hanging hardware mounts to the rear of the glass panel.
Designed for feature walls in living rooms, offices, hallways and hospitality interiors, the Centrifugo works in spaces with ceiling heights of 2.4m or above where the 1m square format can be viewed from 2-4m away without overwhelming the wall. The radial pattern creates optical movement that holds attention across a room, making it effective as a focal point opposite an entrance or behind a sofa. The monochrome palette pairs with black, white, grey and charcoal interiors without introducing competing colour.
The tempered glass construction gives the print a 10kg weight, requiring two-point wall fixings into solid masonry or timber studs rather than plasterboard alone. The glass surface is resistant to UV fading and moisture, making it suitable for bathrooms and kitchens where paper prints would degrade. The reflective quality of the glass adds subtle ambient light bounce during daylight hours, while the black-and-white radial pattern reads with high contrast under artificial lighting.

Frequently Asked
What wall fixings are needed?
The 10kg weight requires two-point fixings into solid masonry or timber studs. The rear metal hanging hardware is included, but wall plugs and screws suitable for your wall type are not. Avoid fixing into plasterboard alone unless using heavy-duty plasterboard anchors rated for 10kg or more.
Can it be hung in a bathroom or kitchen?
Yes. The tempered glass surface is moisture-resistant and does not degrade in humid environments the way paper or canvas prints would. Wipe the glass with a damp microfibre cloth to remove steam residue or splashes.
How is the glass cleaned?
Use a standard glass cleaner or a damp microfibre cloth with distilled water. Spray onto the cloth rather than directly onto the glass to avoid drips reaching the rear mounting hardware.
What room size does the 100x100cm format suit?
The 1m square format works in rooms where viewers sit or stand 2-4m away from the wall. In smaller spaces the radial pattern can feel visually intense; in very large open-plan rooms the print may read as undersized unless grouped with other wall art.
