Description

The Bianca is an 880mm LED pendant light with a curved translucent acrylic diffuser in white, featuring a crackled surface texture that refracts light into soft organic patterns. An integrated 50W LED sits within the diffuser, emitting 3000K warm white light at 3000 lumens through the textured acrylic. The pendant frame is white-finished metal with two cable drops supporting the diffuser's length, and the canopy measures approximately 260mm × 100mm to cover a twin-point ceiling rose or junction box.

Designed for kitchen islands, dining tables and open-plan living areas where directional and ambient light are both needed, the Bianca hangs between 155mm minimum and 1500mm maximum drop depending on cable adjustment during installation. Over a 1.8-2.4m dining table or kitchen island, a 700-900mm drop typically positions the diffuser at eye level when standing, providing wash light across the surface without glare. The 120° beam angle spreads light wide enough to cover a 2m island or table length from a single fitting.

The crackled acrylic texture hides the LED array inside while creating a soft directional glow rather than hard-edged shadows. The white finish pairs with white, grey and pale wood interiors without introducing a strong colour accent, and the sculptural curve of the diffuser adds visual interest to otherwise plain ceilings. The integrated LED is dimmable when paired with a compatible trailing-edge or leading-edge dimmer (sold separately), allowing the output to be reduced from full 3000-lumen brightness down to a low ambient level for evening use. At 2.83kg the fitting requires secure fixing into a ceiling joist or appropriate anchor.

Is the Bianca dimmable?

Yes. The integrated 50W LED is dimmable when paired with a compatible trailing-edge or leading-edge dimmer switch. The dimmer is not included and must be purchased separately. Check dimmer compatibility with LED loads before installation.

What length dining table or kitchen island does it suit?

The 880mm length and 120° beam angle suit dining tables or kitchen islands between 1.8m and 2.4m in length. For longer islands or tables, two Bianca fittings can be installed in series to provide even coverage.

How is the drop adjusted?

The cable length is adjustable during installation between 155mm minimum and 1500mm maximum. The cables feed through the canopy and are locked at the desired length. Once installed, the drop cannot be adjusted without removing the canopy.

Can the acrylic diffuser be cleaned?

Yes. Wipe the acrylic gently with a soft dry microfibre cloth. For stubborn marks, a slightly damp cloth with distilled water is acceptable. Avoid household sprays, chemical cleaners or abrasive materials that can scratch the crackled surface or dull the white finish.
