Description

The Arion is a white metal uplighter floor lamp with a conical shade that directs light upwards onto the ceiling, turning the ceiling itself into the primary light source. The lamp stands on a circular 300mm-diameter base and houses a single E27 bulb fitting inside the metal shade. The metal construction uses aluminium and steel components finished in a powder-coated white.

Designed for living rooms, bedrooms and home offices that need indirect ambient light without glare, the Arion casts a soft wash of light across the ceiling which then reflects downwards into the room. This indirect light reduces shadows and screen glare, making the lamp suitable for positioning behind a sofa, in a corner, or next to a television where direct light would cause reflections. The 1.5m cable allows the lamp to be placed away from wall sockets where needed.

The white finish pairs with both neutral and coloured interiors without dominating wall colour or furniture tones. The conical shade tapers from a wide top opening down to a narrow column, with all wiring concealed inside the metal structure. The 300mm base provides stability on carpet and hard floors without requiring the footprint of a tripod or weighted plinth.
