The Alfa Large is a 240mm crystal table lamp built around a polished chrome arch frame that supports a faceted optical glass shade. The shade is cut with multiple geometric planes that refract light through the crystal, producing scattered reflections across nearby surfaces. One G9 bulb (sold separately) sits inside the crystal shade, with the chrome arch rising from a flat chrome base plate measuring 180mm wide by 120mm deep.

Designed for side tables, console surfaces and bedside positions where reflected light adds visual interest without dominating a room, the Alfa pairs decorative and functional roles. The compact footprint suits narrower surfaces, hallway consoles, bedside tables in smaller bedrooms, side tables flanking sofas, where a larger lamp would overhang the edge. The polished chrome finish reflects ambient light during the day and catches the glow from the bulb when lit, amplifying the sparkle effect from the cut crystal.

The faceted glass shade produces more directed reflections than a smooth glass equivalent, scattering light into points and highlights rather than diffusing it evenly. The Alfa takes one G9 capsule bulb, sold separately. We suggest pairing this with a 3-5W LED G9 bulb in warm white (2700K-3000K) for decorative accent lighting. Halogen G9 bulbs up to the wattage are also compatible.

Yes, provided you use a dimmable G9 bulb and pair it with a compatible dimmer switch. Not all LED G9 bulbs dim smoothly, so check the bulb packaging for dimmer compatibility before purchase.
