Description

This is a recessed adjustable spotlight finished in black, built to accept a single GU10 twist-lock lamp that is supplied separately. The head tilts through 20 degrees, so the beam can be angled away from straight down to wash a wall, pick out artwork or aim light into a defined zone rather than fixing it in one position. The bulb is not included, which lets you match the output and tone to the room. Black aluminium alloy keeps the trim discreet against a dark or feature ceiling.

The 20 degree tilt makes this a practical choice for accent work in living rooms, hallways and retail or display areas, where the goal is to direct light onto a surface rather than light a space evenly. Grouped along a run, several heads can each be aimed independently to graze a textured wall or highlight shelving and pictures. At IP20 it is intended for dry indoor positions only, so keep it clear of bathrooms, porches and any spot exposed to moisture.

The housing is aluminium alloy in a black finish, with overall dimensions of 185 by 100 by 40 mm. It recesses into a 90mm cut-out and is rated for a GU10 lamp up to 2W maximum, so a low-power LED is the sensible fit. Whether the light can be dimmed depends entirely on the bulb you choose, as the fitting itself sets no dimming behaviour. No, the spotlight is supplied without a lamp. It accepts a single GU10 twist-lock bulb, which you buy separately so you can choose the brightness and tone that suit the room.

What size cut-out does it need?

It recesses into a 90mm cut-out in the ceiling. Check there is enough clearance in the void above for the housing and the wiring before you cut the hole.

How far does the head tilt?
