The Knightsbridge 9-gang grid faceplate is a 147.5mm x 207.8mm brushed brass plate designed to house euro module inserts for TV, HDMI, USB, data and telecom connections in a single wall panel. The screwless cover plate clips onto a separate mounting frame, leaving no visible fixings on the wall once installed. The 3.5mm depth gives a low-profile finish that sits close to the wall surface.

Designed for media walls, home offices, meeting rooms and residential installations where multiple AV and data connections need to be consolidated, the 9-gang plate accepts standard euro modules from Knightsbridge's own range and compatible manufacturers. Each aperture measures approximately 25mm x 50mm and modules clip directly into the mounting frame behind the cover plate. The IP20 rating makes this suitable for dry indoor locations only.

The brushed brass finish is produced on premium-grade steel, giving a warm metallic tone with directional grain that reduces fingerprint visibility compared to polished finishes. The finish pairs with both traditional brass hardware and contemporary warm-toned schemes. An integrated gasket between the cover plate and mounting frame improves the fit and helps keep dust out of the back box. Knightsbridge backs this faceplate with a 25-year guarantee.

What modules fit this faceplate?

The plate accepts standard euro module inserts (approximately 25mm x 50mm) including TV coax, HDMI, USB, RJ45 data, and telecom modules. Knightsbridge produces a full range of compatible modules, and modules from other manufacturers using the euro standard should also fit.

How is the screwless plate fitted?

The cover plate clips onto a separate metal mounting frame that is screwed to the back box. Once the modules are clipped into the frame and the frame is secured to the wall, the brushed brass cover plate clips over the top, hiding all fixings.

Can the cover plate be removed after installation?

Yes. The cover plate can be unclipped from the mounting frame to change modules, redecorate around the plate, or access the back box wiring without removing the entire assembly.

What back box depth is required?

The minimum back box depth depends on the modules being used. Most euro modules require a 35mm or 47mm back box. Check the individual module specifications for exact requirements.
