The Knightsbridge LPANKIT2 is a 600x600mm surface mounting frame in white aluminium, designed to house 600x600mm LED panel lights on solid ceilings where recessed or suspended ceiling installation is not possible. The frame creates a 60mm-deep box around the panel, allowing it to sit flush against the ceiling surface rather than being recessed into it.

Designed for offices, schools, retail spaces and communal areas undergoing retrofit or refurbishment, the frame simplifies LED panel installation onto concrete, plasterboard or timber ceilings that lack the void depth needed for recessed panels. The 60mm profile provides ventilation space behind the panel for thermal management while keeping the overall projection minimal. The frame fits 600x600mm panels from the Knightsbridge LUMI6060 range and other manufacturers using standard 600x600mm dimensions.

The white powder-coated aluminium finish matches most ceiling tiles and painted surfaces, reducing visual interruption when multiple panels are installed in a grid. The aluminium construction keeps the frame lightweight for ceiling mounting while providing a rigid perimeter that prevents panel sag over time. The frame mounts directly to the ceiling using screws or fixings appropriate to the ceiling material, with the LED panel then clipping or sliding into the frame aperture.
