Description
The Knightsbridge NET2WGY is a 20AX 1-gang 2-way wide rocker switch in a 50x50mm euro modular format, finished in grey ABS plastic. The switch fits into euro modular faceplates, allowing multiple modules to be combined in a single faceplate for custom configurations. The 2-way function means the switch can control a single light or circuit from two different switch positions.
Designed for residential and commercial installations where modular flexibility is needed, the switch pairs with Knightsbridge euro modular faceplates to create custom combinations of switches, sockets and data points. The wide rocker format gives a larger surface area for operation compared to 25x50mm narrow modules, making it easier to locate and operate in hallways, stairwells and utility rooms. The 20AX rating handles loads up to 4,600W at 230V.
The grey finish provides a neutral backdrop that works across contemporary, industrial and institutional interior schemes. The ABS construction is Class II insulated and rated IP20 for indoor dry locations. The module depth of 25.7mm fits standard 25mm minimum back boxes with euro modular grid frames. The rocker mechanism operates with a single press, switching between positions with tactile feedback.

Frequently Asked
What is a euro modular switch?
Euro modular switches are individual switch or socket modules that clip into a separate grid faceplate. This allows multiple modules to be combined in custom configurations — for example, two switches and a socket in a single 3-module faceplate. Knightsbridge produces matching faceplates sold separately.
What does 2-way mean?
A 2-way switch can control a single light or circuit from two different switch positions. For example, a hallway light controlled from switches at both ends of the corridor. This requires two 2-way switches wired together.
What back box depth is needed?
A 25mm minimum back box depth is required. The module itself is 25.7mm deep, so it sits flush with the wall when installed in a 25mm back box with the euro modular grid frame.
What other finishes are available in this range?
Knightsbridge produces this modular switch format in white, black, grey and several other finishes. Use the search function or filters to find other colour variants in stock at Niori.
