Description

Two services share one small square plate here: a TV aerial socket sitting alongside a Cat 5 ethernet data socket, both set into a brushed steel front. The plate is 88mm square, so it asks for no more wall than a standard socket does. Being a screwless design, the face stays clean, with no screw heads to break it up. The brushed sheen is a quiet silver rather than a bright mirror, which keeps smudges and everyday marks much less obvious.

This is the plate we point people towards for a home office or a study, where a television and a computer sit on the same desk and both want feeding from the same spot. A wired link stays steadier than wi-fi for a desktop, a console or a television, so it earns its keep behind a media unit as readily as beside a desk.
