Description
The Knightsbridge 2-gang modular faceplate accepts euro module inserts for TV, data, HDMI, USB or telecom connections behind an antique brass screwless cover plate. The faceplate itself is stamped from 201 stainless steel with an antique brass PVD finish that provides a warmer, aged metallic tone compared to polished brass.
Designed for media walls, home office AV runs and residential AV installations where a custom configuration is needed, the modular design allows any combination of two euro module inserts to be fitted to the same faceplate. Common configurations include twin HDMI, HDMI plus USB-A, twin RJ45 data, or twin satellite F-type connectors. The screwless cover plate clips onto a separate metal sub-frame, so there are no visible fixings once installed.
The 87.5mm square plate sits 4.3mm proud of the wall once fitted, giving a low-profile finish that pairs well with other Knightsbridge antique brass accessories in the same range. The integrated gasket between the plate and the sub-frame reduces movement once clipped in place. The IP20 rating suits dry indoor locations including living rooms, bedrooms and offices, but not wet zones such as bathrooms or outdoor locations.

Frequently Asked
What modules does this faceplate accept?
The faceplate accepts standard euro module inserts. Knightsbridge produces a range of modules including HDMI, USB-A, USB-C, RJ45 data, RJ11 telecom, satellite F-type, 3.5mm audio and optical audio. Up to two modules can be fitted to this 2-gang plate.
Is the screwless cover plate removable?
Yes. The antique brass cover plate clips onto a metal sub-frame that is fixed to the back box. The cover can be removed for decorating and re-clipped without re-wiring or removing the modules.
What back box is needed?
A standard 35mm single-gang UK back box is required. The modules and sub-frame fit within the single-gang aperture, with the 87.5mm square cover plate overlapping the wall to hide the back box edges.
Can this be used in bathrooms?
The IP20 rating means the faceplate is suitable for dry indoor locations only. It should not be installed in bathrooms, wet rooms or outdoor locations where moisture ingress could occur.
