Can the spotlights be angled?

Yes. Each of the two GU10 fittings can be tilted and rotated independently on its mount, allowing you to direct both lights onto the same area or split coverage between two different targets such as a reading position and a side table.

Is the Zephyros dimmable?

No. The lamp is not rated for use with dimmer switches. If dimming is needed, you would need to use a dimmable GU10 LED bulb and ensure your circuit has a GU10-compatible trailing-edge dimmer installed, but this configuration is not supported by Ideal Lux for this model.
