Description
The Remyck is a 3-light chandelier built on a horizontal frame with three conical metal shades finished in matte black. Each shade houses an E27 socket pointing downwards, creating three pools of directed light beneath the fitting. The frame extends 965mm across, with shades positioned at the left, centre and right on curved tubular arms that create visual symmetry when viewed from below.
Designed for dining tables and kitchen islands in rooms with ceiling heights of 2.4m or higher, the chandelier delivers task lighting through the downward-facing shades while the frame itself stays visually open. The minimum drop of 686mm suits lower ceilings, while the maximum 1680mm drop accommodates double-height dining areas and entrance halls. The frame width of 965mm pairs well with tables between 1600mm and 2000mm in length, placing light where diners sit rather than in the gaps between settings.
The matte black finish absorbs light rather than reflecting it, keeping the fitting recessive when off and allowing the three bulbs to become the focal points when lit. The conical shade interiors have a lighter gold or natural metal inner finish visible in the product image, which reflects downward light and adds warmth to the otherwise monochrome palette. The chandelier weighs approximately 3kg and mounts to a standard ceiling rose via the central stem, with the cable run concealed inside the vertical support.
Each E27 socket accepts bulbs up to 60W. Most installations pair this chandelier with three warm-white LED globe bulbs at 6-10W and 2700K, which provide sufficient light for dining while remaining visible through the open bottom of each cone. The horizontal frame design means the chandelier works best in rectangular or linear spaces — square rooms may suit a symmetrical pendant design instead.

Frequently Asked
What bulbs does the Remyck take?
Each of the three shades houses an E27 (Edison screw) socket, accepting bulbs up to 60W. Bulbs are sold separately. Most users choose warm-white LED globe bulbs at 6-10W and 2700K for dining table use.
What table length does it suit?
The 965mm frame width works best above dining tables between 1600mm and 2000mm long. For narrower tables, a smaller chandelier may be more proportionate; for tables over 2000mm, consider two Remyck chandeliers spaced along the length.
How low should it hang above a dining table?
Standard practice is 700-800mm above the table surface. For a 750mm-high dining table in a room with 2400mm ceiling height, set the drop to approximately 850-900mm (minimum drop plus chain adjustment). Higher ceilings allow the full 1680mm drop to be used if desired.
Is the drop adjustable on installation?
Yes. The chandelier ships with chain and cable allowing adjustment between 686mm and 1680mm. The installer sets the final drop by shortening the chain to suit the ceiling height and table position.
