Description
The Mireya is an 8-light tiered chandelier built from cascading gold-toned brass chains hung from a three-tier metal structure. Each tier flares outward in a scalloped, petal-like profile, with chains falling between the tiers and continuing past the lower frame as a long fringed tail. Eight E14 lamp holders sit within the structure, lit here with 6W LED candles to throw warm light through the chain veil.
Designed for double-height spaces, the chandelier suits grand entrance halls, stairwell voids, open-plan living rooms with vaulted ceilings and hospitality interiors with a 4m-plus ceiling drop. The 65cm diameter gives the piece visual weight without dominating, while the long chain cascade extends the silhouette downward to fill vertical volume that a standard pendant cannot reach.
The frame is finished in a soft champagne-gold tone that reads warm rather than brassy under lit conditions. Construction is brass chain over a steel inner frame, with a total weight of 28kg, so a structural ceiling fixing rated for the load is essential. The 150cm supply cable allows for adjustment on installation, and the chain suspension at the top continues the visual language of the shade itself rather than breaking it with a separate rod or rope drop.
Light passes through the chain layers and produces a gently broken, textured glow rather than direct downward light, so the Mireya works as ambient and decorative lighting paired with separate task or accent fittings in the same room.

Frequently Asked
What ceiling height does the Mireya need?
The chandelier is built for double-height rooms, stairwell voids and vaulted ceilings of around 4m or more. The 150cm supply cable can be shortened on installation, but the long chain tail below the lower tier means the fitting reads best with significant clear drop beneath it.
What bulbs does it take, and are they included?
The chandelier takes 8 x E14 (small Edison screw) bulbs at 6W LED. See the Specification tab to confirm whether bulbs are supplied with this order. Warm-white LEDs around 2700K-3000K give the closest match to the warm tone seen with the gold chain finish.
How is a 28kg chandelier fixed to the ceiling?
A chandelier of this weight requires a structural ceiling fixing rated for the load, fitted by a qualified electrician. A standard pendant ceiling rose is not suitable. The fixing point should be into a joist or a properly engineered support, not into plasterboard alone.
How are the chains cleaned?
Isolate the power at the consumer unit and allow the bulbs to cool. Dust the chains gently with a soft, dry brush or microfibre cloth, working from the top tier downward. Avoid sprays and liquid cleaners on the chain finish, as these can mark the gold tone over time.
