Description

The Beno ECO is a round LED ceiling light drawing 30W and giving up to 2400 lumens, with a wide 110 degree spread that washes a space evenly rather than picking out a single point. The light is colour selectable across 3000K warm white, 4000K neutral white and 6500K cool white, so the same fitting can sit as a soft warm glow in a porch or a brighter neutral tone over a utility area. North American buyers will recognise it as a flush mount LED ceiling light in the round format. Output runs from 2150 lumens in warm white through to 2400 in neutral and 2300 in cool white, switched at install.

Measuring Ø300 mm and standing just 55 mm off the surface, it suits hallways, porches, covered walkways, bathrooms and utility rooms, and at general lighting levels its output covers around 7 to 8 m². That makes it a sensible single fitting for a small landing, an entrance lobby or a compact bathroom, or a paired layout along a longer covered run. The shallow 55 mm body keeps it close to the surface, which helps where ceiling height is tight or where a low porch soffit rules out a deeper fitting.

The body is moulded polycarbonate in a black finish, rated IP65 so it copes with direct rain, wet rooms and exposed outdoor positions as well as dry interiors. It is an integrated LED unit running direct from 220 to 240V AC mains, with no separate driver or replaceable bulb to specify, and it mounts either to a wall or a ceiling. Yes. It carries an IP65 rating, which means it is fully weatherproof against dust and direct water jets. That makes it suitable for exposed outdoor positions, covered walkways, porches and wet rooms such as bathrooms, as well as ordinary dry interiors.

How do I change the colour temperature?

The fitting is colour selectable across 3000K warm white, 4000K neutral white and 6500K cool white, chosen at the point of installation rather than from a wall switch afterwards. Warm white suits relaxed entrance and bathroom settings, while neutral and cool white give a crisper light for utility and task areas.
