Description

The Amanda is an upholstered armchair with a polished stainless steel frame that wraps around light grey Italian leather cushioning. The steel forms continuous sculptural bands that run from the front of the seat, up and over the backrest, then down to the floor as front and rear legs. The frame provides both structural support and a defining visual element, contrasting the hard reflective metal against the soft matte leather.

Designed for residential living rooms, hotel lobbies and executive office reception areas where seating needs to combine visual impact with sitting comfort. The 85cm width and 100cm depth give a generous footprint that suits larger rooms or open-plan spaces. The deep seat cushion and angled backrest support a reclined sitting position, while the wide steel armrests provide natural resting points. At 30kg the chair is stable on carpet and hard floors without needing additional weighting.

The Italian leather upholstery is a pale grey with a fine grain texture, selected for its resistance to surface wear and its ability to be wiped clean without discolouration. The polished stainless steel shows minimal tarnishing over time and can be buffed to restore the mirror finish if needed. The steel bands are welded and ground smooth at the joints, giving a continuous uninterrupted surface from front to back.

Wipe the Italian leather with a clean, slightly damp microfibre cloth to remove surface dust and marks. For stubborn stains use a pH-neutral leather cleaner applied sparingly with a soft cloth. Avoid soaking the leather and do not use household spray cleaners or solvents.
