Description
The XLED is a C35 candle LED bulb on an E14 Small Edison Screw (SES) cap, drawing 7 W while replacing an old 75 W incandescent. It puts out 1055 lumens of 2700K warm white light through a wide 320 degree beam, so the glow spreads evenly around the bulb rather than pointing in one direction. The American equivalent of this small-screw candle is the E12 candelabra fitting, so check your holder takes the E14 SES base before ordering. Inside the clear glass sit visible LED filaments that give the warm vintage look of an old wire-filament lamp without the running cost.
Being a flame-shaped candle bulb, the XLED suits chandeliers, wall brackets, pendant clusters and table and floor lamps in living rooms, dining rooms, hallways and bedrooms. The 320 degree spread and warm 2700K tone make it well suited to decorative fittings where the bulb itself is on show, lighting the room softly while the filaments stay on view. With 1055 lumens it is bright for a candle lamp, so a few in a multi-arm fitting cover a good-sized room comfortably. It is rated IP20 for dry indoor use only, so keep it clear of bathrooms, porches and any outdoor or damp position.
The bulb measures just 35 mm across and 97 mm tall and weighs only 14 g, fitting neatly into compact candle holders and exposed-bulb fittings. It runs on 220-240 V AC mains direct from the E14 cap, with no transformer needed, and reaches an efficiency of 151 lm/W with a colour rendering of Ra 80. The light source is rated for 15,000 hours and the bulb is non-dimmable, so pair it with a standard on or off circuit rather than a dimmer. The clear transparent glass keeps the filaments visible. The XLED range also covers other shapes and caps if you need to match fittings across a room.

Frequently Asked
Which fitting does this bulb need?
It has an E14 Small Edison Screw (SES) cap, the smaller of the two screw fittings. The American equivalent is the E12 candelabra base, so confirm your holder is E14 before ordering.
What old bulb wattage does it replace?
It draws just 7 W but gives 1055 lumens, replacing a 75 W traditional incandescent candle bulb. You get the same warm brightness for a fraction of the energy use.
Is this bulb dimmable?
No, the XLED candle bulb is non-dimmable. Run it on a standard on or off switch rather than a dimmer circuit to avoid flicker or buzz.
What does the filament look like give?
The clear glass shows visible LED filaments for a warm vintage look, paired with a 2700K warm white tone. It works well in chandeliers and exposed-bulb fittings where the lamp is on display. For dry indoor use only, the IP20 rating means it should be kept away from damp or outdoor positions.
