Description

This Knightsbridge replacement switch cover is marked 'TUMBLE DRYER' and finished in antique brass. The cover clips onto a standard grid rocker switch, replacing a blank or differently-labelled cover to provide clear appliance identification on utility room or kitchen switching banks.

Designed for use with Knightsbridge grid switching systems, the cover measures 33mm high by 16mm wide with a 6.8mm projection from the rocker face. The ABS body with steel spring clip allows the cover to be removed and replaced without tools, making it straightforward to change labelling if appliance positions are rearranged or sockets are repurposed. The antique brass finish provides a warm, aged metallic tone that pairs with traditional and period-style grid plates.

The cover is sold individually and requires an existing grid rocker switch to clip onto — it does not include the switch mechanism or grid plate. The antique brass finish is applied over ABS and steel construction, giving the appearance of aged brass without the weight or cost of solid metal. The raised lettering remains legible under most lighting conditions and provides tactile as well as visual identification.
