Description

The Knightsbridge single circuit track is a 1m aluminium and copper track system rated at 10A on 230V mains, finished in satin nickel. The track accepts single-circuit track spotlights and pendants, allowing multiple light heads to be positioned along the 1000mm length and moved as needed without re-wiring. The system includes both live and dead end accessories, allowing the track to be powered from either end or closed off cleanly where no connection is required.

Designed for residential kitchens, retail displays and commercial accent lighting where adjustable spot positioning matters, the track mounts directly to ceilings or walls and provides a low-profile 17mm projection from the mounting surface. The 35mm width keeps the track visually compact while housing the internal copper conductor that carries current to each attached light fitting. Each track supports a combined load up to 10A (2300W), accommodating multiple LED or halogen track heads on a single circuit.

The satin nickel finish provides a brushed metallic surface that softens reflections and pairs comfortably with stainless steel appliances, chrome fixtures and contemporary interiors. The aluminium construction keeps the track lightweight for ceiling mounting while the internal copper conductor ensures reliable current flow across the full 1m length. Tracks can be linked end-to-end using connector accessories (sold separately) to create longer runs where more than 1m of adjustable lighting is needed.

What track heads are compatible?

The track accepts any single-circuit track spotlight or pendant designed for the universal track system standard. Knightsbridge produces a range of compatible track heads in matching satin nickel and other finishes, available separately at Niori.

Can multiple tracks be joined together?

Yes. Tracks can be linked end-to-end using straight or flexible connector accessories (sold separately) to create longer continuous runs. Each connector maintains the 10A current rating across the joined sections.

How is the track powered?

The track is supplied with both live end and dead end accessories. The live end connects to the mains supply and feeds current into the track, while the dead end caps off the opposite end. The track can be powered from either end depending on where the ceiling circuit connection is located.

What's the maximum load?

The track is rated at 10A on 230V, supporting a combined load up to 2300W across all attached light fittings. Most LED track heads draw 5-15W each, allowing 15-20 heads per 1m track within the rating.
