The RAIBO is a desk lamp built for focused task light at a work surface. It takes a standard E27 bulb up to 5W and sits on its own weighted base, so it stays put on a desk or side table without clamping. The adjustable arm and head let you aim the light exactly where you are working, whether that is a keyboard, a notebook or a reading page. In the US this is the kind of LED desk lamp or reading lamp used to throw light directly onto the task in front of the user, rather than spreading it across a room.

Because it directs a focused pool of light onto the surface immediately in front of you, the RAIBO suits a home office, a study desk, a bedside reading spot or a craft and hobby table. The adjustable arm helps you keep the light off the screen and onto the page, which reduces glare while you work. It is an indoor fitting rated IP20, so keep it to dry interior rooms and clear of bathrooms, kitchens sinks or any outdoor setting. Position it to one side of your working area so the beam grazes the surface rather than shining back at your eyes.

It is a free-standing lamp with a weighted base, so it sits on a desk or table without needing a clamp. The base keeps it steady while you adjust the arm and head. Just place it to one side of your working area.

What bulb does it take and is it dimmable?

The RAIBO uses a standard E27 screw-fit bulb up to 5W, which you supply separately. Dimming depends on the bulb you choose, so fit a dimmable E27 lamp with a compatible dimmer if you want to adjust brightness. A warm bulb gives a softer evening tone for reading.
